Position Title: Dance Instructor

Hours: 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM

Position Summary:
The Dance Instructor teaches various dance styles with an emphasis on performance, technique, and personal growth. This role encourages creativity, discipline, and teamwork among students.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and teach age-appropriate dance routines and techniques
Lead warm-ups, stretching, and choreography sessions
Prepare students for performances and showcases
Foster confidence and artistic expression
Collaborate with other instructors to integrate dance into overall program
Qualifications:
Professional dance experience and teaching background
Knowledge of multiple dance styles (e.g., majorette, hip-hop, jazz)
Energetic, encouraging, and patient with youth
Ability to choreograph and manage groups
Saturday Academy - Drum Instructor
Position Title: Drum Instructor

Hours: 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM

Position Summary:
The Drum Instructor teaches percussion skills and marching techniques to students, building musicianship and teamwork in a structured environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach drum rudiments, rhythms, and marching fundamentals
Lead rehearsals and prepare students for performances
Encourage discipline, focus, and group cohesion
Maintain instruments and supplies
Coordinate with other performing arts staff for events
Qualifications:
Strong percussion background with teaching experience
Ability to work with youth of various skill levels
Patient, motivating, and organized
Knowledge of marching band style drumming preferred
